Here’s a quick summary:

  • Attracting new supporters is the top marketing concern for nonprofits
  • Email marketing is the marketing activity that is effective for the majority of nonprofits
  • Facebook is far and away the most effective social network for nonprofits
  • Social media is the marketing activity nonprofits really want help with
  • The health report is mostly positive

The majority of nonprofits surveyed are stable or growing compared to 2011 and expect this year to be better than last.  That’s good news.
